The mission of Hamilton Baptist Church is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus that manifest the H.E.A.R.T of biblical Christianity.
The specific priorities identified in our vision statement are expressed by the acronym, H.E.A.R.T.

| What is HBC like? |
We have people from many different backgrounds. There are a lot of government employees, school teachers, homemakers, technologists, business people, engineers, physicians and craftspeople. It is diverse in age groups offering something age-appropriate for almost everyone in the crowd.

We have a well-blended service reaching out to all age groups and styles.
We like to laugh and cry together.
Itís an environment that is focused on the essentials of life.
Thereís a sense that weíre all a part of something exciting and bigger than ourselves.
Itís a place filled with a new and old generation that is exploring and cultivating a deeper relationship with God.
Itís a place that letís you take steps toward God and others when youíre ready.
Itís a place thatís not perfect but desires to be a real, honest family.

We welcome all guests but are a Southern Baptist Church. We chose to affiliate with the Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia for greater accountability, resources and partnership.
Weíre about learning to love God and our neighbors. We desire to see lives, communities and nations transformed. Our hope is that through HBC, many people will find a place to belong, discover Godís dream for their lives and grow to the point where they can give back to God and others what was first given to them.
